Employee Ownership

What does it mean to be employee-owned?

An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a tax-qualified employee benefit plan that makes employees into stockholders. When employees own the company, every job they do is personal. Every project has the employee’s own name on it. Because of that, there is an added attention to detail and careful concern for quality that can get lost in other companies.
