Smith & Company Engineers provided staff and equipment to perform location mapping and smoke testing for the entire Poplar Bluff Sanitary Sewer System over a 4 year period that began in 2009. Results from the smoke testing was tabulated into reports to identify inflow and infiltration areas and approximate costs to correct the issues. All the mapping has been imported into ArcGIS for a fully integrated City GIS system.
