Our dedication to serving the needs of our clients in Southeast Missouri and beyond has been a hallmark of Smith & Co. Engineers. Founded by Sam Smith in 1968, we continue to grow the company and help support the growth of the region.

Our employee-ownership enables the continued success of Smith & Co. and its employees. We are one of the largest employee-owned firms outside the major metropolitan areas of Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Over the years, we have expanded our services to respond to regional market needs. We offer professional services in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical Drilling, plus other scientific and technical engineering. We also offer certified construction inspection and material testing services.
